Graduates Testimonials

"The experience I have gained over my two years has been an amazing start to my professional career. I had the opportunity to develop my skills across the IT Portfolio & Engagement Team, Strategy and Sustainability Team and Public Engagement Team during my two years. This has enabled me to get a greater understanding of how our business works and given me valuable skills and confidence in my own ability to carry out work outside of my comfort zone."

Caoife De Hora, Business Graduate

"As an IT graduate who joined EirGrid over a year ago, I’ve had a good experience within the organisation. I have enjoyed the time spent with the other graduates in social and training environments. After joining my directorate, I have taken ownership of various cloud projects which allowed me to further develop my technical and personal management skills. I believe that having the opportunity to learn about cloud environments has helped with my overall development as a graduate of EirGrid."
